Mashi No Mashi est l'ultime restaurant Wagyu Ramen et Wagy Gyozo situé dans le magnifique Jeddah Yacht Club . Mashi No Masho est issu de la cuisine du célèbre chef Hisato Hamada qui est également le fondateur de WagyumafIa et offre une expérience à nulle autre pareille. Ils combinent la qualité supérieure du véritable bœuf Wagyu avec leurs nouilles ramen intensément savoureuses. Leur devise est "Slurp Like a Boss" et les plats sont servis avec une représentation théâtrale.

Leur plat signature est le Wagyujiro qui est fait à partir d'une soupe mijotée pendant 24 heures avec du bouillon d'os de bœuf de Kobe à l'aide de 10 têtes de côtes et d'os de cuisse. Le Wagyujiro est également le premier authentique Wagyu Beef Ramen au monde et est maintenant disponible à Djeddah. Leur signature Wagyu Beef Gyoza (boulettes japonaises) vaut également la peine d'être essayée. Embarking on a culinary journey at MASHI NO MASHI within the picturesque Jeddah Yacht Club. The combination of stunning views, vibrant ambiance, and incredibly delicious flavors creates an unforgettable dining experience. From the bursting flavors of hand-made whole wheat noodles to the exceptional combination of genuine Wagyu beef and ramen, every dish is a delight for the senses. During my visit, I had the pleasure of savoring Mezabosa Gyu-Hikiniku, Tori Shoyu Ramen, Gyu-Katsudon, Gyoza, Shrimp Tempura, and Salmon Cut Roll, complemented by their cold and refreshing mojitos. The service was top-notch, with our server Ari going above and beyond, and Chef Hoza & Miss Ghaadir ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Overall, MASHI NO MASHI provided a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to others seeking an extraordinary culinary adventure.

I enjoyed the delightful flavors of the gyoza and bao. However, the ramen fell short of my expectations, as it didn't quite match my taste preferences. The overall experience was good, with a mix of hits and misses in the menu.

Upon viewing their menu, I initially felt concerned as it seemed to focus solely on meat which I do not consume. However, I later discovered that they had made changes and included options such as chicken and seafood. I can’t stress enough how delicious the food turned out to be

Mashi No Mashi, a Japanese restaurant, located at Yatch Club in Jeddah, KSA. The restaurant serves a high quality of beef including Wagyu. The restaurant had new menu called “Japanese Street Food Pop Up” with reasonable price since yesterday. Starts with appetizers, the new salmon and spicy tuna maki rolls were so amazing and refreshing. The beef sliders was juicy and kid-friendly. The main course which was “Dai” Ultra Wagyu Ramen, 24-hour stewed wagyu beef bone broth with homemade noodles, the kick was just right and yummy. The Wagyu beef cooked with perfection and flavourful. This is the second time we had this dish. Delicious new Kare Raisu, Japanese chicken curry, was perfect for a weeknight dinner! Tender pieces of chicken cooked in a rich, savory curry sauce, this Japanese version of curry is a must-have for your family meal. The dessert was delicious as we had creamy and soft Japanese Vanilla Ice-cream. The sweet taste of Vanilla Ice-cream added with some salt to enhance the flavour. Absolutely delicious and a must try. The surrounding is relaxing and cozy where customers can seat outdoor or indoor and enjoy the scenary. The service was superb with good chef and staffs. We will come back to try their other dishes.

Mashi No Mashi, is a Japanese restaurant, located at Yatch Club in Jeddah, KSA, They serve high-quality of beef including Wagyu. The Wagyu beef is cooked with perfection and flavourful. We started with appetizers, Spinach Salad with Goma Truffle dressing and Wagyu Shawarma which were so amazing and flavourful. The main course was Spicy Samurai Bomb Sukimen, the kick was just right and tasteful. The desserts were delicious as we had creamy Matcha ice cream and Basque Cheesecake. Lovely!! The ambiance is relaxing where you can sit outdoors or indoors with family and friends and enjoy the scenery. The service is superb with a good chef, manager, and staff. Good job!! We would come back to try their other dishes. Kudos to Chef Hoza and Chef Hafiz who were very friendly. They recommended all the delicious foods for us to try.
