Le restaurant Lotus est l'un des meilleurs restaurants de La Mecque et le restaurant Lotus se trouve à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Millennium qui est un hôtel 5 étoiles à La Mecque. Ce gratte-ciel se trouve à 11 km du célèbre puits de Zamzam, de la porte d'Al Salam et de la grande mosquée Masjid al-Haram. Bel hôtel avec une belle décoration de nombreux endroits pour s'asseoir dans le hall. Les chambres et suites chics disposent d'un accès Wi-Fi gratuit, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un minibar, d'un coffre-fort et d'un nécessaire à thé et café. L'ensemble de l'hôtel avait une très belle esthétique et les chambres étaient très confortables. Certaines disposent d'une cuisine, d'un espace repas et/ou d'un espace de vie séparé.

Restaurants, un café et un espace événementiel. Un petit-déjeuner buffet est disponible. Au petit-déjeuner, ils ont des salades, des fruits, du café, des jus de fruits, du thé, des saucisses, du fou, du pain, des gâteaux, des œufs et de nombreux plats à manger. La décoration est magnifique. Le restaurant Lotus est situé au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel Millennium, Ibrahim Al Khalil ST, La Mecque.

Stayed at the hotel for around 2 weeks. Clean place and hallways smell good. A person would serve arabic coffee and thought that was a nice gesture. Staff were helpful and friendly. One young boy even helped with a special request at a late hour and it was much appreciated. Food was delicious with big portions and orders were served promptly. Lounge area was comfortable and spacious. Disadvantages include having 2 beds pushed together to form 1 'king'-sized bed, but it was very uncomfortable. Internet speed can vary from one room to another. No gym for the ladies available. Can sometimes not find any clean towels/slippers/toothbrush etc. ready when entering a new room and you need to request for them. Also, a fire alarm would go off at such late hours for no reason which would startle me awake. We never knew the reason for them as no evacuation nor explanation was done/recieved. All in all it's a good hotel, but would not call it a 5-star treatment.

I would rate 5 stars for such lovely new hotel & good Iftar buffet but had two experiences has effected my Rating: 1- Extra bed took 16 hours to arrive since check in. The 0 Reception will burn your time to follow up nobody answer the phone. 2- Air pods been forgotten after managing to reach the hotel after so many attempts. Was low in duty of care from the guest relation. I remember the first call the lady who answered she was urging maybe it’s not in the Room without even checking Lost & Found if they have any or calling Housekeeping. I knew since that phone call it won’t be found. And when I mentioned this experience will effect my rating to the hotel .. she didn’t really care and that was a major issue. Hope the Managements could enhance & rectify such experiences.
