La franchise a plusieurs succursales, toutes avec des intérieurs et des extérieurs similaires. L'atmosphère est calme et invitante et cette succursale, située à The Zone, offre à un invité une grande terrasse extérieure avec vue sur les fontaines dansantes à proximité.

The service today is unacceptable. The time is 9:45pm and the place is Annakheel Mall in Riyadh. The place was not full and the waiters were either holding mobiles or hiding in the staff room. During my order the waiter did not know the name of the velvet cake it is to him “the red cake” and replied “Frankly I do not know its name!”. They do not have Turkish coffee nor flat white. When coffee was served there was no sugar container or sashes on the table therefore I had to ask and wait until they brought the sugar. The manager when asked about whether they listen to comments and people’s notes if given he replied “it depends” على حسب. This shows that customers comments will be rejected immediately with no hesitation and buried under the table and the management office will be in the dark.

Did not sit down to eat as the seats were looking extremely dirty with food stains all over them, we tried 2 tables and it was same the second table we sat was wobbling like a see saw so we left. Staff were very polite.

The place is comfortable, staff are nice. Their menu isn't good. I ordered a Cold Caramel Latte and the drink was.. clumpy? It all gathered on top of my drink, I think the milk was expired. There is no Cold Americano for those who want it, and the Blue Lagoon drink tasted off. Dessert did not taste good (Saffron Sundae) it tasted really off. Prices are really expensive for this kind of terrible service. Not impressed.
