Restaurant Diwaniah - Hôtel Elaf Kinda - La Mecque Réclamer

The staff was very nice and friendly, the check-in lady went out of her way to accommodate me and my family seeing as we had a baby with us, the breakfast buffet was very nice, there was lots of variety and everything tasted great! The only downside was the room, and the cleaning service, I stayed there for 2 nights in 2 different rooms and they were both tiny, there was no space for 2 people to stand next to each other without pushing, the second was there was no space for prayer in the room, the only place to pray was in the walkway which would mean nobody could come in or out of the room and right at your sajda place would be the bathroom door. The second was cleaning service, both the days when going for prayer I had specially called and asked for the room to be cleaned, came back 2-3 hours later and the room was not cleaned yet, after I returned somebody came for cleaning and I did not let them in because we had to rest then. If these were fixed I would give 5 star as well. Overall I would go there again as it was close and the staff was great and accommodating

Dirty and small room, mirrors, tv, shelf , windows all dusty. Bed sheet and pillows all are dirty, smelly and used , are not changed between each customer . Breakfast was so nice and lots of varieties. Staff all are nice and helpful. wonderful location : is less than 1 minute walking to Haram. I am so disappointed as this hotel has 5 stars .

Hotel is very close to Kabaa. There is no direct transportation to the hotel you will end up walking with luggage if you arrive close to prayer time. Plan ahead your arrival to escape undue hardship while checking in. Hotel staff is great and very helpful.

I am just finding out appropriate words for thanking hotel staff who made our stay a wonderful experience. It was just amazing experience from reception till departures, everything was fantastic. I came to Makkah many times alhamdolillah and stayed in many hotels and I stayed in Elaf 10 years back as well but this time it was much better than ever before. Room service was excellent, location is unbelievable which is just in haram. You even don’t need to wear shoes while going to haram as after just 1 min of walk you will in haram area. I called hotel to pick me from taxi and they guided me very well and sent person who received us from taxi and took our luggage to hotel. I would recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if you are coming to Makkah Thanks again for wonderful hospitality

Drop off and pickup is an issue. It took us 2 hours to find our way to hotel as Ibraheem Khalil road was closed. We got our drop off at Clock Tower and walk our way to Hotel. Not a big issue ,but if we knew it would have saved us time.
