When an special occasion is chosen to be celebrated in a special place, the expectations are expected to be at the level of the excitement. A fine dining is an overall experience (Attitude, service, and food). Attitude was horrible, service was like begging for respect, and food is average and way overpriced for the taste. You have to pay to park. The market positioning aimed and strategy adopted is like driving a fancy car with no gas.

Disappointing experience, definitely not anywhere near the level of any other Cipriaini in the world. We went as a party of 7 and not one of the dishes we ordered was memorable except for how mediocre they were. The Milanese was dry, the fish was poorly prepared and all the salads and vegetables had far too much oil. There was no attention or technique to the cuisine. To top it off, we had brought in a cake to celebrate a birthday only to be informed at the last minute that they refuse to serve us the cake because of this franchise’s policy. We explained that the Dubai franchise gladly served a cake we brought in but this drew no sympathy. Should also the mention that the manager was not wearing a mask while talking to us even though his staff were wearing their masks. With so many wonderful restaurants popping up all over Riyadh, this is one to miss given that it is a weakly executed franchise with food quality no better than an average, far cheaper Italian restaurant. Change of management and kitchen staff definitely required to capture the quality of the Cipriani brand.

Went there for a special occasion on a Friday night. Service was excellent and food was good. Portions were perfect for sharing if you’re going to order multiple dishes. Prices are on the high end but it was worth it. They have decaf coffee that’s a bonus too. They do have valet parking which cost 30 SR which doesn’t make sense if you’re dining in their restaurant it should be for free. I’d come again to try more dishes.

I had dinner there and it was perfect. Nice atmosphere, great service, amazing food and perfect place for meals without kids. It is expensive in general but it is worth every Riyal paid due to the taste and high end ingredients used in the food.
