Chocolate Lounge est l'un des endroits les plus étonnants pour le café et les desserts à La Mecque. Il est situé à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Sheraton près d'Al Masjid Al Haram. C'est un très bon café qui est calme et beau. Le café a des chaises et des sièges confortables avec de superbes décorations. Les couleurs sont reposantes et l'ambiance est très conviviale et lumineuse. Sa tranquillité vous transporte dans un second monde.

Ils ont des gâteaux au fromage, des gâteaux aux carottes, des gâteaux au miel et plus encore. De plus, ils ont des boissons chaudes et froides comme du café au lait, du café, du chocolat froid et bien d'autres boissons. Il est situé dans l'hôtel Sheraton au rez-de-chaussée, Jabal Al Kaaba, à proximité de l'hôtel Shaza à La Mecque.

The hotel had stunning rooms and was extremely elegant. The proximity to the Haram and the location were both very convenient. Uzzal Hosen, the room attendant, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. He made a special effort to show the weary tourist the utmost kindness. Due to the wonderful welcome attendant, Uzzal, I would definitely recommend a stay. He gave me the impression that he cared deeply about how I felt while staying at the hotel. Of the entire workforce, I believe he deserves the majority of the credit. He was a thoughtful employee who always made sure my room was in good condition and had all the creature comforts I needed.

Service in this hotel was great. The staff at the reception, the cleaning staff, and the breakfast staff were all incredibly friendly. The room was great. Everything was always cleaned, fully stocked. Breakfast was great. Location was great. Nothing negative. Due to construction, the bridge that leads directly to the masjid is closed. It would be unfair to fault the hotel for this, but the detour is a little lengthy and should be noted.

Stayed in the Sheraton Makkah for around 7 nights in a beautiful apartment room. Very very happy with the service from staff. All the staff were helpful. hygiene and cleanliness was upto high standards. The buffet variety for breakfast was perfect and a wide variety of foods. All the food was kept warm and tasty. The view from our room was beautiful and the room was at high standards. The staff were quick and would tend to your needs very quickly. I would recommend to everybody to stay in the sheraton and they will not let you down. Next year I will be returning for another stay and I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

Excellent service. Mr Khalid at the front desk was very helpful and assisted us greatly. House keeping was great as well. Our stay was very pleasant and memorable. Staff was very friendly & polite and the services were prompt. Thank you to the entire team of Sheraton Makkah. I will start with the hotel staff. They are the most welcoming I have ever experienced in my history of traveling. They are always keen to help, always smile and are always ready to step an extra mile. The location of the hotel is in a walking distance to the Haram. You need to make sure to leave a bit early because the area is super crowded. The breakfast is decent but I would love to see more healthy choices. The rooms are super clean and as expected from Sheraton.
