La description

Le salon Ariba est un endroit génial pour se détendre avec des amis. L'ambiance est tellement bonne. La vue est douce, les séances sont ouvertes. Le salon sert (rouleaux de printemps aux légumes, escalope de poulet, poulet crémeux aux champignons à l'ail, steak de faux-filet, pizza) et bien d'autres à manger. Ils servent des boissons chaudes et froides (jus de cocktails, cafés, chocolat chaud, latte), etc. Le salon Ariba est situé dans le salon Ariba, à Al-Hamra'a, au 7ème étage de l'hôtel Mira Waterfront, à Djeddah.

Food might be nice but overall bad service we have reserved for a birthday party via phone and a member said we need to agree on some point when you arrive ?! it’s a birthday party?!!!! And we have asked for instead of traditional birthday cake! we want simple dessert with name on plate! i think was hard for them to make suggestion on this idea, and top of that when we arrived we asked for the receptionist to come and * agree on some points * as they requested but the waiters told us we should go there!! At least one of you should know it birthday?! But back and forth with 3 stuff who worked there and i quote * let me check I don’t think so this is our policy* we cancelled the birthday at the end and just requested for some dishes and trust me no one check on us either the service is good or the food, no apology and even the stuff cleaned the table so we can ask for dessert came late. Note that the lounge wasn’t crowded that much ?! Really bad service.

Great lounge, beautiful ambience. Food was great, drinks is superb. Thumbs up for Aruba Lounge and excellent to a lady staff named Maram, she's lovely, good customer service skills and well spoken too. Definitely I'll make a come back ??

Friendly staff, perfect temperature (shielded from the heat), and extended working hours. It’s a pleasant spot on working days for just chilling (unsuitable for work due to noisy tunes and lack of privacy - tables are next to each other)

This place is for one time, the second time you do not want to go back there. It didn't feel comfortable and cozy. The presentation of the dishes and the quality of the food is not even average. The salad was of very poor quality, there were rotten leaves, which is not edible and unpleasant. Of the pluses that you can smoke cigarettes and hookah. You can only come for coffee.
