I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel and had an excellent experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Mr. Siddik at the front desk and in room service. From the moment I checked in, Mr. Siddik went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always available to answer any questions I had and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The room service was also exceptional. The staff were friendly, efficient and ensured that everything was kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. The food was delicious and always delivered in a timely manner. Overall, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I have Mr. Siddik and the room service team to thank for that. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area, and I myself would love to visit again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful visit in this hotel and even though my Arabic is not very good there was an employee her name was Bayan she helped me a lot and made me feel more comfortable so thanks to her service. she was great and patient 5 out of 5 honestly

Nice place value for money, if you don't mind staying little far from Haram. Good hotel shuttle and also Free public buses

Friendly service, kind people and hospitality! Every 20 minutes Shuttle service was best for senior parents, excellent breakfast. It was exactly the way they have mentioned on hotel descriptions.
