Zwar Albait Hotel

The worse and bad hotel I've ever seen in my life. Rooms like tombs. No air, tiny window. Dirty carpet..... I don't recommend it.

The worst service, no hot water, no good internet, no excellent rooms, see the high price we pay for the rooms in the agency

Place is good, but little bit far from haram

For the second hotel I've ever went to, this one takes the cake so far. It's so bad dude. The service is non-existent, the room is filthy, stuff is broken. Also, the restaurant SUUUUUCKS. Might be just because I went with a Umraa group but the promised buffet turned out to be food that's comparable to prison food, if not even worse. The atmosphere is very depressing in the restaurant too. Also, the room I was in had no windows and no clock so your sense of time was non-existent. The no windows part is good for me since I enjoy the dark but it's objectively a bad decision, especially the clock part. Oh, and there was no internet. Might be just because I was on the ninth floor, but a hotel should have internet EVERYWHERE. And since most people stayed at the reception, I assume there wasn't internet in the other rooms, too. The only cool thing about it is the little shops they had in the hotel. Other than that, 2/15. Find somewhere else, PLEASE.
