for me the rooms is super standart fot 5 stars hotels.. my bed like crooked and rickety but Overall it's good, even though the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner is the same. and I feel satisfied with the friendly service.. i got view rooftop of masjidil Haram..

The check in service was excellent. Yara was amazing, extremely professional and efficient. The rooms are dated but they are currently undergoing a refurbishment but the view was the best in the world. I would highly recommend

The staff were very supportive. the view was extraordinary. the room service were very fast. i have one of my best experiences. i don't not recall the staff name at morning check in he was wonderful and supported. I would recommend any one to stay in this hotel. i could give more than 5 stars I would give.

Location just steps away from the Holy Mosque at Makkah. Speedy elevators, sparkling clean, staff humble and helpful. Daily hundreds of check-in, check-outs without any hustle. In reception area Arabian coffee & Dates served after prayers. The soft drink joints is expensive. Bathroom needs floor mats -provided on request only. Views are superb. Smoking room is designated at M2 level only, should increase more. Breakfast admirable. Lifetime opportunity to be a guest there.

It was excellent. Bathroom was a bit small. But over all was good. Manar was so good in helping guest and especially me and my family in every aspect of my stay. She is amazing girl hard working. May Allah bless her. Amen
