Worse hotel to stay at The water is for free and when ever we ask them, they bring too little and that includes the tissue Literally every single time There was an issue with me at the checkout and it was on them, no apologies were given only cold attitude and rudeness And the put the blame on me The price is affordable but even if it is for free i don’t recommend at all.

Best Hotel if you are on Umrah Trip Away From all Hustle and Bustle of City, Quite place , install hungerstation if u want food delivery and uber to travel anywher , Love the Experience

It is a good hotel overall. Service is not great, they don't do everything to help their customers. The gym at the hotel is very poor. It is simply a small room with only four devices, three for cardio and only one for muscle building. It was also closed for most of the time, for maintenance they say. Very bad experience, when I need anything I need to ask multiple people starting from the reception. They don't really give you the feeling that you are welcome or we want you satisfied during your stay at our hotel. Very unfortunate! The breakfast is good. I don't really recommend it if you're looking for an hotel with fitness center.

Very Nice Hotel in reasonable rate but its very far from Masjid-e-Nabvi, need to take taxi every time to reach Masjid-e-Nabvi
