I would give a 10 stars review for the service and the amazing reception I got from everyone in the hotel. The reception ladies are super courteous. This is my first visit but it won't be last. I am looking forward to my coming visits.

Fantastic staff! Super friendly . We had a mix up with the shower , we required a walk in shower , and thankfully they were patient to help sort it out and make sure our requirements were met . The rooms are well maintained . Worth the price . Would definitely stay here again .

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in Riyadh. It provides a spacious and clean accommodation at an affordable price. The only disadvantage I can think of is that the water pressure is too low for a shower. Apart from that, the service was excellent, and I'd want to thank Abdulaziz and Munira for their kind welcome and for providing me with a free upgrade for my wife's birthday.

One of the most beautiful hotels in riyadh The rooms are spacious The view and furniture are amazing And finally the staff are so hospitable especially the front office receptionist Dina she’s so kind and helpful . Thank you Warwick for the memorable night

The staff are very nice. Mohammed Sabry at the reception showed amazing hospitality. He even offered to bring medicine to the room after we got sick. The girls also were so nice and welcoming. The only problem is the parking lot. It is so tight that it is hard to park the car down. It should be more spacious.
