It's a beautiful hotel, but the room windows are slanted in such a way that it doesn't allow much natural light through and also obscures the sea view. Women are not permitted to use the swimming pool, but they are still expected to pay the same price as men. The reception staff needs customer service training. The hotel advertises spa facilities on their online listing, but these facilities are closed. The fire alarm keeps blaring sporadically, day and night. This hotel is not good value for money.

It’s an amazing 5-star hotel. The staff and reception are nice and accommodating. However, there is an electrical issue with the wiring in the room. The light switch on by themselves as well as the tv in the middle of the night! That’s quit annoying!

The Hotel is in a wonderful location closed by all amenity full of delicious Restaurants. The hotel offer food but its too expensive and you can find 100% best food outside. The Saudis are not good serving others they have a "serve me" mentality that sometimes clash with your personality, they have the tendencies of making you feel you are beneath them, JUST IGNORE THEM.

I would like to highlight the fantastic experience of taki restaurant.Amazing experience and very welcoming staff, I’ve meet the GM and the F&B M in person and they offered me a discount on unlimited sushi dinner.. the dinner was freshly cooked by professional specialists. I enjoyed the experience, worth it, try it!????
