Was in quarantine good helping staff but keep in mind if u ask them to bring anything they will ask alot money. For i asked for Lipton tea 25 bag he said it's for 15SAR I got his point and i said thank you I don't need it but the place was good

The hospitality at this hotel is pathetic. The employees here treat the customers very badly. They only give water in small bottles during meals. After that I was tired and asked water several times but not given. wot a cruel people .and they did not provide bath towels or shampoo. There is a kettle, but no tea powder or sugar.????????

Nice hotel apartment was nice with good furniture, washing machine, kitchen appliances and utensils and all. Room as well as services both were fine.
