Having stayed at Swissôtel Jeddah, I was impressed by the luxurious experience it provided. The elegant design, impeccable service, and stunning views from the spacious rooms left a lasting impression. The diverse dining options offered something for every palate, though the prices were on the higher side. Despite this, the overall experience was exceptional, making it a top choice for upscale accommodation in Jeddah.

Amazing hotel with lovely terrace and pool. I enjoyed my stay so much and my girls loved the pool. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are nice and clean. Location near famous restaurants and cafes in Jeddah. I highly recommend it 👍🏼

A good hotel. Not totally value for money. Rooms are great, clean and fully equipped. Booking experience and sorting out issues was not satisfactory and the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were either not on or out of order. Having raised some of these disappointments with the management, not the hotel staff - who did not do much - central Accor, I was offered a partial refund which made things much more acceptable. Without that I would have given this place 3 stars.

Absolutely impressed with the spacious room, amazing amenities, and the convenience of a kitchenette with a laundry machine. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the furniture is well-organized. The rooftop relaxation area and gym facilities made my stay even more enjoyable. Friendly and accommodating staff, just wish they had more clothes hangers and a dental kit available without request. Overall, a fantastic experience at this hotel!
