نظيف جدا، جديد نسبيًا، موقع مميز علي طرف شارع حراء *الميزات*: الموقع، النظافة، مساحة الوحدة، حمام مشترك في الصالة( مناسب مع وجود خادمة واطفال)، بزنس سنتر، السعر مناسب، مواقف سفلية. *العيوب*: الواي فاي ضعيف، خدمات غرف وطلبات اضافية (لحف/مخدات) محدودة، اجرءات الاستقبال وخدمات الغرف بطيئة.

I have stayed in this place more than once, very wonderful, and the service they have is very fast, the place is quiet, clean and tidy, and the reception staff was very nice, and their morals were high, and very quickly in completing my stay procedures in a very short time and close to Hira International Mall and also Mall of Arabia and all services close to it, whether restaurants or A supermarket and its location is easy to reach. Also, King Abdulaziz International Airport is very close to it. I wish everyone to visit and stay there. I consider it my second home in Jeddah. I wish all the workers success and lasting success.
