- They charged me for breakfast even though breakfast was included in my booking. (I expect it to be paid back) - The booking stated suite with a balcony (false) - Room had 2 flies inside. - phone in the bedroom is not working. - bad smell from the bathroom. - I had to call for towels as there was none. - after showing them my confirmation email proving that breakfast is included they stuttered and couldn’t answer - shower is extremely small and dirty tiles/grout (photos attached) - breakfast was shocking too (photos attached)

One of the best hotels we have stayed in while in Jeddah. Definitely will go back again. Centrally located too. Staff were excellent... Especially Mr Ahmed the front desk manager. Cleanliness and comfort at its best!
