Extremely disappointed. This hotel is no way a 4 star or a 3 star. Absolutely terrible food, the internet wifi is horrendous, bathroom utilities such as flush and water drain in bath tub broken. Seriously is the management even interested in running a hotel ? The only good thing about this hotel is there is a mosque right in front. Other than that there is nothing good. Highly recommend never to use this hotel.

First thing, if there are tea cups in room no glass to drink water, and vice versa, then we booked for 4 ppl 2 rooms but each room were having lackings for other person,1 tooth brush, one towerl, one room slipper, no tea cups, no extra tissues, switches were open and damaged 💔 the floor was sticky cold water having no pressure, hot boiling water from sink thay you cannot even brush teeth or wash face, also no conditioners to apply in hair provided by facility, I got disappointed with Ramada this time and I was having my parents as guest, and they complained too, tissue boxes were placed half used, we have to ask everytime that we need this we need that, that's why I wonder why their rating goes down, plz try to work on these points 👈 also rooms were having trash in corners as they didn't clean it properly our rooms were 513 and 514 check room 513 right side of bed side table the switch at its back is loose and opened, do u think it's safe ???

Very Poor service from the Hotel Manager and the staff, i had booked this hotel for my uncle and after reaching the hotel at 8 PM, they were made to wait close to 2 hours to get a Room, though the Check-in time is 3 PM and after check-in also the room was smelly, very dirty and had pests and cockroaches. The staff at the hotel is extremely rude and dont know how to serve their customers, best to avoid staying at this hotel with just a brand name but no value or service.

Terribly Bad Hotel, Staff and Service. I arrived at 4.00 PM but room was not ready it took another one hour. When I get rooms there were no bath towels, Door mats, No water. And they allocated a smoking room instead of my booking for non smoking room. There is no proper response from Room service and it took another one hour to get it after I went down to reception and asked. Their attitude is so bad. Stay or leave. Ramada management should relook at this propert. Hundreds of same kind of reviews and companints are there everywhere about this property but still no action.

Dear Ramada by Wyndham Alkhobar, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the experience my party encountered during our recent stay at your establishment. Despite booking three non-smoking rooms well in advance, our arrival at 3 pm was met with significant delays and a series of unacceptable inconveniences. Upon arrival, we were informed that none of the rooms we booked were available, despite our timely arrival. After a half-hour wait, we were provided with only two rooms, one of which was a smoking room, despite our explicit request for all non-smoking accommodations. This disregard for our preferences and health concerns is unacceptable. Furthermore, we were assured that the third room would be ready within 15 minutes. However, after an hour of waiting, we were informed that the room was available, only to discover that it was already occupied by another guest who had been checked in erroneously. This mistake reflects a severe lack of competence and organization on the part of your staff. The cumulative effect of these errors resulted in a distressing and frustrating experience for myself and my companions. We expected a seamless and comfortable stay but were instead subjected to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I am deeply disappointed by the level of service we received and feel compelled to share our negative experience with others. I intend to leave a scathing review detailing the myriad issues we encountered during our stay, in hopes that it serves as a warning to potential guests considering your establishment. In conclusion, I urge you to address the systemic failures that led to this regrettable experience and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
