I visited Radisson Blu Jeddah Plaza with 4 of my friends for Iftar on 30th of March. I booked the entry through Cobone at 165 SAR per person. Iftar was arranged in the banquet hall with a very little sitting place which was clean but a very small partition of the entire banquet hall was arranged for Iftar. The food - was horrible, cold, super cold - not a single dish was hot, not tasty, very few options, they mentioned an international buffet and I hardly found any international dish! no one was refilling the items unless you asked for it. Sorry to say - horrible experience - wouldn't recommend anyone at all!!!!

I booked this to remain for a night transit before returning back to the UK. Upon arriving from Madina at 2:30pm, My 2 Rooms booked weren't ready yet as apparently the people before refused to leave. They didn't bother to call to give me the heads up. Then they told me I would need to wait 1hr 45mns for one room to be ready and they would try and find me another. wasn't promising at all. then the receptionist also said that my breakfast booked can't be changed to iftar as we were fasting. Awful customer service. the receptionist didn't even try to help. very abrupt I asked him to cancel and went elsewhere.

I stayed for more than a month in this hotel for work, excellent cleaning, exquisite cuisine and very kind staff. The Egyptian guy (Saady) who works in the restaurant is very kind and very helpful, he helped me a lot to find places to visit and see. I highly recommend going to this hotel if you are passing through Jeddah

It was an excellent service by hotel staff . beautiful view and specially during breakfast we all 16 people were received an outstanding service by delivering hot & Delicious food i cant forget to mention name of chef Malik and Rajib .Thank you we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel .
