This my second time at the hotel. Friendly staff, Clean place , Great location has restaurants , coffee shops. Good experience I recommend it.

So Bad experience … we are 6 persons in the suite they are sending only 3 Water 400 ML if we ask more they are charging money for water and the AC not Working

This star for friendly waiters & cook helping but all stars are gone cause not open buffet SAR175!? only few items to choose from rejecting grilling big items asking extra MONEY!!!??? not enough sweets nor fruits, SHAME on admin.showing faces just to worsen services provided by simple people ordered for bad behaviors

It is an amazing and very wonderful experience with very very nice staff. Every one in the staff well equipped with sufficient knowledge to help you and make you feel you are very special to them. I have no words how to thank them, they deserve more. We have really enjoyed the stay and it was flawless. I want to thank every individual a million times for making us feel like we are a family. So polite so soft spoken and the word NO is not in their dictionary. They are very helpful very generous and their hospitality is a top notch. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel and this will be my favourite family hotel for anytime we visit Jeddah a beautiful city with big HEART. Keep up the good work everyone at Q suites Jeddah. A big thanks from, Syed Rahman & family.

We have booked a room specifically in the 3rd or 4the floor cause of the noise. However, when we arrived they told us there were only rooms on the second and first floor available. I am a sick person and couldn’t sleep with all the noise.

Welcome to Q Suites Jeddah by EWA. I visited this hotel in the mid of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the roof. The Q tracee lounge is closed permanently. The breakfast timing starts from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The Health & spa is located on 7 the floor. The kid's area is also on the same floor.
