Bad service, no room cleaning service, I have a lot of trash and I ask them to send room service to clean my room , but nobody coming ?????

Worst hotel ever AC was broken and complained many times without fix it , poor breakfast buffet with additional charge , no transportation to Alharm

The place is good but unfortunately the rooms is not that good and there is only one bath room in each two rooms and thats not good and the service is not that good even with the switches some are broken, not that clean even if the price is the same in some hotels but it should clean,serve there visitors and they should expand the parking lot because they is no more space so we had to park somewhere else for 50SR since there is 15 floor or more that means they should expand it.
