Not bad hotel, but it went from 4 starts to 2 stars, which is bad.. reception was good, especially Raneem she was caring. Location from Harram is a bit far around 1200 metres in Ibrahim elkhalil Street. Rooms were CLEAN but not perfect.. furniture is so old and damaged ... but housekeeping was caring about customers.

It’s pretty far from the holy Ka’abah and the taxis cost around 15 riyal.

Rooms are nice and clean. Elevators work fine.

Room services are not good. Slow and late. Rooms need more cleaning. Hotle is at a good location for Umrah and hajj visitors. About half km from haram shareef.

The location good near to Haram, but prices are high. You can find some good value for money near buy.
