We chose this budget hotel for one night as it was close to King Abdulaziz Airport. We never expected to see anything major but were shocked to see the disrepair of this establishment. The address and postcode provided should be updated as that left us searching for over an hour by taxi and by foot, which is unacceptable. The hotel is actually located down the side of an alleyway, which can be extremely difficult to locate. When we did eventually locate the hotel, the manager directed us to our room. The hotel itself was surprisingly spacious, but the decor made it seem dull, outdated and not very clean. The whole hotel itself seemed to not be catered for modern needs, which is a shame as if decor and directions were updated, it would be very well situated for an airport stop over. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, unless it had a complete revamp

If there is less than a star, I give them for their bad behavior and they have a reservation employee who lies to people and gives appointments from her head, who will come to them and discover that her words have changed, there is no respect for appointments at all and her behavior is very bad and the hotel is bad. I advise not to book here in many respectable hotels in the area.

Nice small hotel near the airport if you want to save time and cost of getting to the airport for that early flight back home, HOWEVER the location on booking.com is wrong make sure you search Lavinia house on Google map for the right location also the entrance to the hotel is at the back of the main road, use the alleyway on the right hand side to get to the back street. Rabia.
