Nice hotel with ample space

The furniture is old and the cleanliness is low. I wonder how the Tourism Authority allows this place to exist as a hotel..I saw its rating in Booking 8, so I expected it to be new and clean.

The duvets and sheets are very dirty and not cleaned well, the apartments smell of sewerage, and the price is not worth it. The only advantage they have is that parking is available. You must pay attention, because there are no utensils for cooking or storing food in the kitchen. If you want to make use of the electric stove, you will not benefit from it. Also there is no tea or coffee in room service, in order to make use of the water boiler you have to buy tea and coffee. Also, they do not have shoes for the toilet, and they do not have towels. The TV has only a few channels and is very boring. And curtains do not block the light completely. In short, for less than their price you will find much better places.

My experience of this place was one of the worst ... The place is in terms of location, quietness and excellent shape But in terms of cleanliness, services and attention to the guest is very bad The bed had hair and stains on the cover Air conditioners only work cold and no heating The internal WiFi network is not working The interior smells very bad The elevator when you use it, you find the smell of sewage, God bless the reader In short very very bad experience

The place is well priced, the two rooms are 160 riyals - the room is 86 riyals Cleanliness is less than average .. The place smells, unfortunately, as if we were in a restaurant due to the restaurant in the same building!
