Please don't book this hotel because they are 4 people in a room no toilet paper when asked for some was told to buy my own also when spoke to the rude manage he just said I can give you one He said we don't provide water for the room You get one bedroom key between 4 people they leave keys hanging around reception desk for any one to take Ibrahim the manger just laughed in my face and said I don't care do what you like and smiled when I said there are a 190 of us who have book and we all will right review on you site he said he was happy Please see pictures down below of key for guest to help them self

Broken bits in wash room, toilet paper on limited supply. Room extremely tight for a quad sharing, quality of beds and bedding poor - Not value for money. But within 3 to 4 minutes walk to Masjid e Nabwi Shareef.

Aside from the location everything else is below par . Lack of service , very very poor maintaince , musty dirty rooms and bathrooms . I stayed here 13 to 18 Feb 2023.

It’s a very bad hotel with no good service and the food is awful. Ones you check in you’ll see the dirtiness in the rooms and a very very bad smell in all the hotel. They even have given us a room with a broken sink in the bathroom and there were no coffe, water, nor cups or toothbrushes served!!! I would absolutely not recommend this hotel and it doesn’t even deserve 1 star…

Worst Hotel , I booked with Agoda , the Hotel staff told me there is no booking , Staff is untrained and unprofessional. They were screaming at us saying there is no booking . We waited until 3 hours . They found our booking in Expedia Washrooms is cramped and dirty . Wifi doesn't work in rooms Hotel staff is very rude when complaining . They tell us its not their problem . . I will make complain to Ministry of Hajj and Umrah . I will also complain to Agoda to delist this Hotel . Please don't book this Hotel even by mistake
