الفندق يقع في حي الشرف الجنوبية خلف فندق الشرفة هوم الموقع استراتيجي لكونه يقرب من المدينة الطبية، مستشفى نجران العام، مجمع طب الاسنان التخصصي، و مجمع ارادة للصحة النفسية، وهو من أقدم الفنادق في هذا الحي لذا يعتبر قديم جدا، يتكون من 3 ادوار و لايوجد مصعد، الممرات ضيقة، والتهوية والاضاءة سيئة، مساحة الغرف صغيرة جدا والاثاث قديم ولايوجد باركنات مخصصة للسيارات.

Not a comfortable place at all. Very basic. Bathroom ultra small No toiletries No wardrobes in the room. I stayed in 302 for a day. No bedside tables at all. No place to keep your mobile while charging.(literally kept mobile on the floor while charging….!!) Bathroom not clean. Room making was very very poor.leftovers from previous customers was still in the room.(had to press for the room service….which is very pathetic) Window AC was full on…… no controls working.( either switch off or on) Not even a single table in the room…..! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Had no other option for the night hence stayed. Avoid absolutely if travelling with family.❌❌❌
