Narcissus Obhur Resort & Spa

It’s rare that I’ll give a resort 5/5, but this resort deserves it. Your experience with this place starts from the moment you enter. Reception is professional and very friendly, and they are very helpful and supportive throughout your stay. It is clearly that the staff in this place receive a lot of training and carefully selected. The entire resort is well looked after and the units are very clean and well-maintained. Restaurants on site are top notch, and they do offer a range of cuisines. If you have kids, don’t worry you are well covered. There are dedicated spaces for young kids that they can enjoy their time in front of you. The waterfront is very nice and clean, and the seating is also clean and you can feel that you can spend a long time over there comfortably. I spent two nights in this place as a large family, and I must say that it was a memorable experience for everyone. If there’s anything I would ask for, it would be a dedicated area for fishing. However, I do understand that this option might result in chaos and clutter as fishing sometimes is associated with these kind of things. Nevertheless, I would say that this place if you can afford, it would be something that would not regret it .

The resort is superb, with a great location and a clean beach. There are sofas on the beaches, and the service provided was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were friendly( and instead of Iftar buffer ,a sahoor buffet was offered, which was uncomfortable ,in my opinion, they should offer Iftar buffet).

The resort was located in a beautiful setting, with stunning views of the surrounding area. and yeah I would like to thank Mr. Shabbir for his smiley face in the restaurant. I would like to come again🤍

Update: After my initial disappointing experience, I feel compelled to update my review to reflect the exceptional efforts made by the hotel management led by Omar Azab to rectify the situation. Upon reading my review, they took immediate action and went above and beyond to address every issue we encountered during our stay. Their generosity and consideration were truly commendable. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for the prompt response to the spa situation. They ensured that the spa was well-staffed and fully operational, providing us with a rejuvenating and enjoyable experience. The staff members (Ronaldo) was very welcoming, attentive, and made us feel valued as guests. It was a complete turnaround from our earlier experience. Furthermore, the hotel management promptly addressed the lack of cookware in the villa. They ensured that all necessary cookware was provided, allowing guests to utilize the stove and enjoy the convenience of in-room cooking facilities. This attention to detail and responsiveness greatly improved our overall experience. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the management (specially Mr. AZAB) for their dedication to guest satisfaction. Their quick response and sincere efforts to address our concerns have completely changed my perception of the hotel. Thanks to their exceptional service, we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay to the fullest. Considering the remarkable improvements and positive changes made by the management, I am more than willing to give this hotel another chance in the future. I genuinely believe that they have learned from their shortcomings and are committed to providing an outstanding guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating retreat.
