Narcissus Obhur Resort & Spa

The resort is superb, with a great location and a clean beach. There are sofas on the beaches, and the service provided was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were friendly( and instead of Iftar buffer ,a sahoor buffet was offered, which was uncomfortable ,in my opinion, they should offer Iftar buffet).

The resort was located in a beautiful setting, with stunning views of the surrounding area. and yeah I would like to thank Mr. Shabbir for his smiley face in the restaurant. I would like to come again🤍

Update: After my initial disappointing experience, I feel compelled to update my review to reflect the exceptional efforts made by the hotel management led by Omar Azab to rectify the situation. Upon reading my review, they took immediate action and went above and beyond to address every issue we encountered during our stay. Their generosity and consideration were truly commendable. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for the prompt response to the spa situation. They ensured that the spa was well-staffed and fully operational, providing us with a rejuvenating and enjoyable experience. The staff members (Ronaldo) was very welcoming, attentive, and made us feel valued as guests. It was a complete turnaround from our earlier experience. Furthermore, the hotel management promptly addressed the lack of cookware in the villa. They ensured that all necessary cookware was provided, allowing guests to utilize the stove and enjoy the convenience of in-room cooking facilities. This attention to detail and responsiveness greatly improved our overall experience. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the management (specially Mr. AZAB) for their dedication to guest satisfaction. Their quick response and sincere efforts to address our concerns have completely changed my perception of the hotel. Thanks to their exceptional service, we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay to the fullest. Considering the remarkable improvements and positive changes made by the management, I am more than willing to give this hotel another chance in the future. I genuinely believe that they have learned from their shortcomings and are committed to providing an outstanding guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating retreat. Updated: I did begin with a very negative review as my initial experience was disappointing to say the least. However, once management became aware of the issue they came and spoke with me and my friend and did all they could to fix what was wrong. They then went over and above to ensure we were happy and this was appreciated. I was very appreciative of the manager who took his time to carefully listen and not argue any points. He explained reasons for some things and quickly responded to things that could be corrected. The villas are beautifully put together and, while they don't really give you a view of the sea, they are very comfortable. If I was to complain about anything, it would be the strange wiring that make the lights confusing to figure out and while the switches are labelled, they don't always match what they say. I think what would have made the experience better would have been clearer information about what was or wasn't available, especially with Ramadhan. It turned out that food could be purchased during the day, despite getting a very different message from reception. The beach area is pleasant though very small. It isn't unlike many of the other beach resorts in Jeddah. I had been hoping for something more expansive. The infinity pool is nice though relatively small and is mostly overshadowed by the back of a huge television screen. We did enjoy a few hours there in the afternoon though, and were able to order food and drink by the poolside. We we got into the spa for a massage, Ronaldo, the masseur gave a very thorough, professional massage which was much needed. Our meal at the steak restaurant, Pampa, was delicious and chef Ricky was extremely attentive, coming to check on us several times. So what began as a very negative experience was turned around with some great support from management. If it hadn't been for the issues to begin with, I would gladly give 5 stars.
