This hotel is amazing. I’m not usually impressed, but this might be one of my favorite hotel stays. They literally have everything I could ask for, toiletries, amenities, comfortable beds, good quality all around in everything they provided. To top it off, the service was impeccable, anything we wanted was instantly done. The hotel isn’t a cold, concrete box like every other hotel is.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. From picking us up at the port to checking us in, you can tell the staff cares greatly. Rooms are clean with beautiful views and the hotel is only a 10 min walk to Mykonos town. The breakfast is delicious and again, you can tell how much the staff cares! Will come back!

Excellent, yet not as superb experience as in other R&C properties. Stunning view of the bay / old town. Great location, walking distance to the old town, but on a busy road. The room was rather small with no separate bathroom (a d thus was not the cheapest accommodation option)... The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - very basic.

I am generally happy with the hotel. Very friendly staff, nice location, great facilities, great food quality overall. There are 2 things however that really need improvement: - Unreliable wifi connection in many parts of the property, including some rooms. - Short breakfast buffet hours, only until 10.30am (consider that Mykonos is considered a party destination). At 10.28am there are stressful scenes in the restaurant as everyone rushes to the (already destroyed) buffet to scramble together some last pieces of food. The restaurant is still packed when the buffet closes. The disparity is very obvious. I suggest extending the breakfast until 11.30am.

The customer service was 6 stars from the moment we arrived to leaving. picked us up at the airport. grabbed our bags out of the shuttle and took to our room. Front lobby staff greeted us with an afternoon libation. then toured us through the hotel. Remembered and greeted us as Mr and Mrs XYZ. to be honest, we didn't expect anywhere near this type of service! Blown away!
