Beautiful, tidy, new, clean, sweet handling, everything in it is sweet But in a simple matter I would like to talk about, the air conditioners are wrongly located opposite the bed. I wish this matter would be looked into and the air conditioners moved opposite the beds.

The night was spent in the VIP room, unfortunately, as soon as I entered the strong smell of insecticide, I had small children with me... Also, the toilets need maintenance..... The mattresses are torn, and I don't know how to put them. In the VIP room, these were my notes on the hotel

The first thing I found in one of the rooms was ants, the bed, and I asked them to change the mattress, and no one responded to me other than this. Only one of the air-conditioned rooms is ruined, it does not cool and drips, and their word has no response at all. They sent me an employee who saw it and came out, and the third thing is the TV remote that does not press! The service is very bad for a five star hotel, I will never repeat the visit first and last time ❌❌
