My all experience overall is nice, the food the room, the service, the hospitality, but what make me decide to write this, is a nice man toom our luggage to the taxi, I don't know his name, but he is Hindi or Pakistani little fat ? sorry my friend, we didn't talk much but he was giving extra attention to all of us, even he reminds me to fasten my seat belt! I loved this touch. He is taking care or us in passion and professional way. I traveled more than 40 countries, over 70 cities, more than 130 hotels, and I never expected to have this experience in Qassim I came to the hotel only for few hours due flight cancellation, it was tough day for me, and this man made write this review, thank you my friend, and I wish you all the best
