Staffs doesn't know how to behave to the customers as it is a 5 star Hotel, no quality of standard can be seen. Disappointed !!!

We had a great weekend full of fun and happiness. Dinner buffet was perfect with different choices. Swimming pool is good for all ages, they have an announcement about a new pool for females only soon. We enjoyed a boat trip. The place is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. We will go back again.
