Highly prestigious place adopting heritage-style design. Unfortunately, service, care and maintainace are neglected. Beds are poor quality, most rooms full of strong sewerage odor, lacking sufficient number of support staff; thus, poor service and slow or no response. Bachelor's side is surrounded by the restaurant, so windows for most rooms are blocked, in addition to the constant music and chatter noise all night long.

Great place for weekends getaway. The staff is very helpful and the villas are clean. The pool may need to be cleaned on arrival but that is because the staff likes to do it in front of the guests to ensure no ambiguity. It was our second visit and they catered to us nicely. They also have us a discount when they noticed that we had a special needs person with us.
