Millennium Madinah airport Hotel

Located in the Medina Airport campus which obviously means it is isolated and far from the city. The hotel architecture is beautiful in all aspects, interiors, exteriors, corridors etc. On arrival I was greeted and welcomed by the front desk staff who surprisingly knew my name, check in was very smooth. The room is spacious and comfortable, all the amenities were of good quality, to my disappointment there was no dental kit among the amenities provided. Did not have enough time to try their breakfast, but overall enjoyed my stay.

I didn't feel it's a five star hotel. Room is very small. There was a problem in the matrix I asked to change it but they didn't. Bathtub is very smal. Old building. Breakfast was good. They didn't give me anything in return to make me happy.

Our stay at this hotel wasn’t pleasant. Receptionists were not cooperating. Even though I told them that I have asthma, they gave us a room on the 4th floor which is designed for smoking people and single guys, which is not suitable for families. Anyhow, here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Quite hotel Cons: - Old rooms - Bathroom shower has no door or curtains. All the water will be everywhere around the bathroom floor. - Sink is extremely small - Receptionists aren’t helpful - Breakfast was basic, limited and not tasty - long time to pick up luggages - Restaurant prices on menu are higher than the same items on the receipts. of course I am not referring to tax or room delivery - You order for food, they confirm, then wait for one hour without delivery, then you call again and they say we didn’t get your order. - Small rooms Overall, we weren’t happy with this experience.

Perfect room. Spacious and comfy. Professional service. They do care for customers experience. Good location 4min walk from the airport. Mr Ahmad Al Harbi was very helpful and went the extra mile. Well done.

Staff is really friendly and warm. The hotel doesnt feels like 5 star, i can say 3 or at most 4. Location is walking distance to the airport. 3 min
