Marriott Executive Apartments Madinah

Great hotel and location, connected to Alrashed Mall. 15min driving to "المسجد النبوي". Superior services and care. Rahaf, in the reception, tries to ensure a pleasant stay to the guests. Nice playground for the kids as well. Update: rooms are not clean as expected from Marriott, and the shower in most rooms needs to be fixed

This was an excellent place to stay. I was there March 12, 2023. I came with my family (wife & 3 daughters) and I really enjoyed my stay. Convenient to the mall, where we could get lunch or dinner or buy food items from the grocery store there, Carrefour. Breakfast is complimentary in the place. Breakfast was good as well. Eggs to order and good choices of breakfast items. Anytime I needed something it was there promptly. My daughter requested blankets and within a few minutes there were there. The washing machine in the kitchen was not working I called up the front desk and it was promptly fixed. The response time for issues needing addressing was better than what I would get in the states. I was really amazed at the prompt response time. I would give it above 5 stars if I could. Hanan, the lady at the front desk, was really good in taking care of us. The shuttle to Masjid al Nabawi was also really convenient. The rooms were also really good. I had the 2 bedroom with attached bath each, kitchen, living and dining and it was awesome. They even had a small 3rd room with an attached bath and also a guest bathroom. I really, really enjoyed my stay and will have fond memories of the place.

We had gone during ramadan. Staying closer to the haram would probably have involved more walking. Stay at this marriot gave us the convenience of bus trips before every prayer where we get dropped right below the masjid basement. They provided with kahwa , dates and water during ifthar time. They made me special indian style milk tea when i asked for during suhoor. They have buisness rooms with uninterrupted wifi for my office meetings.

Nice stay, smooth check in especially with the receptionist Rahaf and the Saudi Bell boy who helped us getting our luggage to the room And the great staff in the resturant who serve the breakfast However, there are few issues with cleanliness Dropped from last visit and the room include Sofa but not equipped with enough bedding for it. And most of the time lack blankets Hope this inproved next time

Very bad experience. I dont recommend it to anybody 1-I booked A studio King bed, sofa bed & garden view. 2-When I arrived, the receptionist gave me literally the last room in the hotel (you must go around all rooms to get to the room) although i told him i have kids. 3- Room was not garden view, when I got back to him, he told me this is what we have!! Seriously!!! 4- lots of details like: lots lights are not working, no sponge in the bath, no spoon for the drinks....
