Clean room, clean bathroom. Hot water and AC works perfectly. Minor problem on keycard that need to be updated everyday to receptionist, made you camnot get in directly to your room if you came late in the night after itiqaf or else. Easy to go to masjid al haram, just need to take a free bus B1 that go back and forth every 10 minutes. But, makesure you go not less than 15 minures from pray time, because the bus will not operate.

I like the room, its clean, hotwater is very good, aircon is very cold, the respond of the manager is very good, especially when i cant open the door because the sensor in the door in trouble

Hotel location is good and there is #parking available outside the hotel. Also, Shuttle service is too good because of #timing #availability and #pick and drop location. Rooms are clean but the wash room needs upgrade. Because there is problem with drain system of water which needs little bit #time when using more than #One person consecutively.
