Thanks to the management who does listen and act, installed a freez. card key must be reactive evry couple of hours. Congested rooms situationbin understandablel. Location on goole maps is confusing. This unit of hotel is sister concern of Umm al Qura hotel which has front on main road. Lobby is good and the reception staff is sober and respectful.

It looks like staff quarters for Makarim Umm-ul-Qura hotel. Best thing is free shuttle to Haram

Bus shuttle dropping to Haram is very good ? , while returning to hotel sometimes not available or very late arriving that's needs to improve
