Food was good. Service at reception was excellent. We had to change room as the first room was very dirty. The second room was much better and cleaner. The room Service was kind of good.. had to search for them the whole day just to give toothbrush and towels. In the morning at around 7.30,we pressed the button to clean our room, we came back at 14.00, the room was still not cleaned! Apart from 2 sockets, none worked. We had to wait to charge our phones

I have had multiple surgeries its very difficult to take shower i told at the reception i need a chair or please change the room , i came to know other rooms had sitting place in the shower area. But they didn't do anything for our problem. There is no sitting arrangement in bathroom it's very uncomfortable for disabled people and aged people as well. And there is no chair in the room with back rest only stools were there .

Hotel used to be good one years back but currently they tried to keep it clean every time which is good but infrastructure is really old they need to renovate it from elevators to bed room and washrooms all the T.V and screens even in elevators never worked hairdryers ktea kettles erythromycin was too old from 80's location is not really close they need to have a shuttle service like other hotels nearby providing

It was not bad in general but looks to have old style. The rates were moderate but you could have got a better option by adding few dollars. The front counter guy was okay and was kind of helpful. Not that bad experience anyway.
