The rooms were well furnished and equipped, but the level of cleanliness needs improvement . The receptionists were so sweet and helpful especially Ms. Amar. The location is perfectly close to the Masjed. Two problems though, the elevators numbervand speed and the breakfast restaurants, do not accommodate for the number of rooms/guests of the hotel.

A bit further away from Masjid Nabawi. Room is small and we can't even put 2 big luggages. Space is a bit tight. Toilet is not big but the bath tub makes it hard to climb for those with leg problem. Food is good. Menu change daily. Nice and clean hotel. A lot of shops outside of hotel.
