Leader Al Muna Kareem Hotel

Not only is this hotel aptly located enabling visitors access to masjid-e-nabwi, it complements the experience with first rate service. Got no complaints of the living quarters, dining experience, reception staff or the house keeping staff. Well worth a stay if you ever are visiting the holy city of Madinah.

Near to Nabawi mosque, it only took maybe 2 minute by walk. The breakfast menus are delicious and lot of choice everyday. The room also clean and comfortable.

Alhumdullilah our stay was very pleasent and the service was great also breakfast was good. The hotel was nice and clean and it was very close to the Masjid Nabwi specially ladies gate which made my wife happy. it was litterly 4 min walk, also there few shops alot the route as well few take away like Costa, McDonald's and KFC. I would definatly recomended as we enjoyed it and lication is fantestic. JAZAK

Worst customer service ever! First, of all the guy who brought the stuff from my car on driveway while checking in was so rude that he wasn’t even ready to bring my stuff and then when he brought it he just left it outside and ran! Then the room was so small, even tough they promised to upgrade the room they didn’t do that. Secondly, the customer service is so pathetic that none of the staff members show up even when you call them in person or on phone! Then the won’t even even clean the room or washroom and they didn’t even brought the towel or shampoo for the room! Last but not the least, the breakfast how can I forget that, rude staff there, Leader Muna Kareem looks like a 1 star hotel, the guy named Turkey, and one other tall Bengali guy were clearly doing favouritism there, allowing people of there choice to even take breakfast to their rooms on the first day I didn’t take anything with me as I didn’t wanted too but still whole time he was standing in front and staring my family as if am eating food!! On the second day when again I saw people taking bunch of stuff with them to their rooms so it was clear, plus I decided to take some stuff with me for my brother as he wasn’t well and I even asked one of their staff members there in the restaurant and he said yea you can take it with you and then this rude guy Turkey comes I don’t know what is he even doing in customer service that you can’t take it with you! And literally making faces and abusing on which I asked him is this the way he generally treats the customers here. He wasn’t even able to speak English properly! It was useless to waste my time on such a guy! I would have given them 0 star if I had the option! Leader Muna Kareem really need to work on their customer service!!

Small rooms esp double bed , barely place to move. We were promised extra bed but were given two blankets to make an extra bed. Breakfast was good . And location is good as well near walking distance to haram.has good parking as well.
