Le Méridien Al Hada

Very poor services. Definitely not 5 stars. Property is old. Rooms are not clean. Location like this & bad services.

A hotel that doesn’t meet the standard of the Le Meriden brand. Not sure if it is in fact part of the hotel chain or not.

The Hotel is not clean, bad smell, the room was not ready even after 5 hours from check in time.

I never ever expected that I will ever have the such a worst experience in Le mmeridian Let me share my experience in details Day one I checked in 12th April 1.Attitude of the person was really bad, they don't seems to be customer friendly 2.Its a old building I understand but they would have upgraded the rooms but the facilities in the rooms are 20 years old 3.There were no toiletries, I had to remind them multiple times to get it 4. Handwash basin and bath tub was really dirty, I cleaned it myself, I thought that's better than calling them many times 5.Water- may be no one was living in that room for many months when I opened the water tap couple of minutes it was brown water 6. Also while taking bath suddenly cold water stopped, I waited then I had to get out and call them to fix it ? 7. There was no internet , ehen i complained , the response was very casual This is not the last comment but I'll end this here
