Cleanliness is average and needs more attention. Washing the chalet with soap and water after every customer, not just wiping. Also, the showers and bathrooms need maintenance. The kitchen does not have an extractor fan and the refrigerator is small. The windows of the bedrooms are not safe as there is no thieves’ nets. The location is excellent and quiet and all services are available in the neighborhood. A restaurant, a station, and a large supermarket. The pool water is clean, and there is ventilation in the pool (suction fan) and a water heater. The garage door does not have a security camera when there is a child or person in front.

I lived in a group of chalets in No. 4 through a Bangladeshi worker, and he took a security deposit of 500 riyals from me. The chalet referred to is without children’s swings, as some of them have swings. It needs to be washed with soap, water, and Dettol after every customer, and it is not enough to wipe it. The kitchen does not have an exhaust fan, the refrigerator is small, and the pool water is watered. Clean, and the shower needs maintenance. The location of the chalets is excellent and close to services.
