✅ Positives ✅ : great location? cafe in front ☕️ clean ? toiletries and towels provided ? friendly staff ??‍♂️ WiFi ? private parking ?️ good price ? ❌ Negatives ❌ : electricity turns off when you leave the room, INCLUDING the fridge! So you can’t keep things cold ? they don’t clean the room each day ? Rooftop terrace is undeveloped ? ?Summary ? : I’d stay here again. Prices were good (it was off-season for Abha) and the rooms were cool, dark, and fairly quiet

Location next car wash, petrol 24 hours ⛽️ station, mini grocery market, next to Barn coffee station, Location is best and worst all day noise traffic passing by. No peace. Toilet leaks, room gate ? broken I put heavy side table to close it. Near choose 407, it roadside noisy and view is ⛽️ station . Good features are vast car ? parking.
