I had the worst experience in this hotel! I have lost my diamond and gold necklaces while changing rooms. The management were not helpful at all and they couldn’t find my necklaces until this day. Very disappointed from the way they reacted to such case. I had to call the police to solve the problem.

The only thing good in the hotel is the location, the parking not enough for all guests the place not clean at all the logistics is very bad you can’t use the plates and cups it’s already used and not clean also the toilets ? , the staff is not polite at all even the supervisor and the reception. The general atmosphere not uncomfortable. You can find a lot of alternative options on the same street. I don’t recommend the hotel at all

Extremely Disappointing Experience My one-month stay at this hotel was marred by numerous issues. Upon checking in, I immediately encountered problems with my room. Despite my request for a room change, the reception informed me that no other rooms were available that day but assured me of a room change the following day. However, on the second day, they claimed the new room wasn't ready yet, so I requested to inspect it. After finally seeing the room, I asked them to reserve it for me and inform me once it was ready. To my surprise, I never received a call. Upon returning to the reception, I encountered a different receptionist who falsely claimed the room had been allocated to another guest. After I protested and requested they contact the previous receptionist, they told me she would return in 30 minutes, and miraculously, the room became available within 15 minutes. Additionally, it's baffling that basic amenities like plates and cutlery were not provided upon request. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff neglected to change the bed sheets daily. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positive 1. Location is perfect. 2. Bed is comfortable. 3. Good parking space. 4. Room view is exceptional. 5. One of the elevators trapped me ( Number 3) and didn’t opened or move anywhere, however, I called the receptionist and they sent maintenance immediately to open it took less than 3 minutes. Negative: 1. Room was not clean ( toothpick in the window, some rubbish under the table, carpet never been vacuumed,some of hookah Tobacco in bathroom wall,…) 2. Room was stuffed with hookah (Shisha) smell 3. Smoke detector was covered with plastic ( Security issue) 4. I asked receptionist to change room immediately after checking in, but he didn’t and they promised to change soon. Then I asked the other receptionist morning and afternoon but unfortunately nothing done. 5. Television remote has no battery, and bath-glass-door was difficult to open or close ( fixed in the last night of my stay). 6. Very slow internet.

One of the worst experiences in my life when the fire alarm went off twice at 4 am and 6 am while everyone is sleeping, making extremely loud noises which made me and my friends in the other rooms panic, I tried contacting the reception but there was no response until 6 am. I also tried to approach the management later on to raise a complaint but their response was not as positive, unfortunately a very bad customer care.
