I stayed at the Jazan Inn hotel in Jan 2017 for 7 days. The Hotel is clean overall. Initially I was put up in a "shoe box" sized room, without a window. This was changed to a medium sized room immediately on my request.
This Room and bathroom were noted to be very clean and tidy.
Most importantly the staff was found to be pleasant and ever willing to assist. Notably, I found Mr Anith and Mr Musaab at the Reception very co-operative and customer friendly. The supervisor of the cleaning Team Mr Hussain was keen to ensure that the room was well kept and enquired with me every two days.
Lobby and dining saloon were satisfactory. However , at times the two TV sets in Lobby were set at an uncomfortable volume level. This was lowered when requested.
Buffet breakfast was satisfactory taking into account the culture and food type of the country.
Dinner was okay, taste of the food was very average, but all this was offset by the customer friendly services of hotel staff.
I shall again stay here when I visit Gizan next.
