The location is... crowded Parking is tight The apartment is very poorly furnished and dirty Refrigerator and heater The bedspreads and pillows smelled great and caused itching The bathroom needs to be cleaned with X-chlorine to remove the troubles in it There are no tissues... There are supposed to be diffusers between the rooms to remove odors.. The remotes, whether TV or air conditioner, have old batteries. I hope they work Sleep time Noisy from the neighboring rooms. We could not sleep. There are no insulation in the rooms A bad experience that will not be repeated. I hope that whoever comments will be honest and fear God The only good thing (the receptionist is polite)

Hotel in the centre of Al-Salama Jeddah. Rooms are good. Location is central & all services are near. Receptionists are very helpful. Cleaning staff are friendly. Prices are fair 👌.

I booked a confirmed reservation through Booking, and the apartment reception contacted me that the reservation was confirmed. When I arrived, they told me that the reservation had gone to someone else. Unfortunately, there is no credibility in the reservations. Please take care.
