Iridium Hotel Taif

Very bad experience with this hotel Same poor communication, hospitality and attitude. That never changes with them. After 4 years from my last bad experience, they never even think to develop themselves and their service. Very bad attitude. If you decided to arrange meeting or any occasion with them, you might find out that if you didn’t like anything, you can’t complain, they will treat you like you are working for them 😂 Not recommended at all

The one Who work in the coffee Near the reception named Oliver is a rude person and so arrogant he makes the coffee worse.

If you’re coming to Taif, then look no further for a hotel to stay in. I have to say it is without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I did have my fair share of travelling. The rooms are spacious, clean and have large windows that overlook the cit of Taif, its mountains, trees and houses. (I chose a room on the east side) Everything in my room was up to standard and has met my expectations. However, what has truly exceeded my expectations is the quality of the service they offer, this includes the reception, room services and the breakfast buffet. What was also a nice touch is that every thing in that mini fridge we all wanted to snack from was for free and refillable! Unlike many hotels, this one was all about the customer, clearly it was built to serve the guest.
