InterContinental Taif, an IHG Hotel

Great location. Best hotel in town. Get facilities. Their gym has all the equipment I need. Wait staff at restaurant are very attentive and get you everything you need very quickly. Asarif was a very good waiter. Received prompt service that was exceptional.

I had a truly wonderful experience at the Intercontinental Hotel at Taif. The Hotel itself goes above and beyond expectations, and the staff are exceptional. I cannot thank the Concierge and management enough when leaving the Hotel and arriving at Jeddah airport, I discovered I had left a very special toy dog at the Hotel. It has no monetary value, but travels everywhere with me and my family, and has very special memories and emotional connections that could never be replaced. After a great deal of effort and searching, the hotel staff located him, and are now going to arrange his trip back to the UK. myself and my family cannot thank them enough, and hope to thank them in person on our next rip to Taif. Everything else, the rooms, the food, the gym, pool and grounds were terrific, but the staff made this exceptional. Many, many thanks to them all !! : )

I came for the game night and really enjoyed my time there. I had a blast trying different board games, both Yasser and Othman were friendly and did a wonderful job explaining the rules. I will definitely come back next week.

Lovely room - so comfortable and with all facilities and an excellent bathroom. Just what I needed after a very long drive. Great service from all staff - particularly Bakir in the restaurant

The cooks and the servers are excellent. Very helpful and hard working. They are quick to serve, clean and make sure we are satisfied. Great job to the entire team, and to the following members I caught their names Kumarasinghe, Jaber, Fokrui and Minhajto name a few. I also want to mention that the front desk team were great as well with checkin and when I needed to extend my stay.
