InterContinental Al Khobar

Thank you for the services had 3 night stay , stay was pleasant, breakfast was good with some Indian dish loved karak chai, restaurant staff Nathan was very helpful & humble speaking. Room hospitality & cleaning was great could like to mention name of Mr Vijay, Mr Sagor Sheikh & supervisor yosuf housekeeping staff was very precise about cleaning could give 10/10 for housekeeping & cleaning thanks

Excellent hotel plus staff who are courteous and helpful who cannot do enough for you whilst you stay at the hotel.I thank you all from the reception, dining, room service and coffee shop, I will remember the excellent service provided by you all. Special call out to Hadeel at reception, Garbrial and Ismam the waiters and a very special mention about Rahoof who always engaged in conversation and was always industriously working away.

One of the oldest five stars hotels in Khobar but really it looks new when you stay at it because of good operation and maintenance. The staff at reception were really helpful and friendly and upgraded me to better and bigger room. The room was too big and consist of living room and bedroom and were equipped with very good furniture and required amenities. Price are very good against the value that you will gain.

My recent visit to the Intercontinental Hotel in Khobar fell short of expectations. The check-in process was prolonged, stretching to an exhausting 2-hour wait without adequate updates on the progress. This lack of communication led to a tense environment in the lobby, marked by the frustration of other guests. The service shortcomings continued into the dining experience, where a staff member’s dismissive comment regarding the service delay was particularly disheartening. On a positive note, the culinary offerings were exceptional, with flavors that left a lasting impression and are worthy of high praise. In summary, while the dining was a highlight, the overall experience at the hotel did not meet the standards one would anticipate from such an establishment, and I would suggest careful consideration before selecting it as a vacation spot.
