InterContinental Al Khobar

One of the oldest five stars hotels in Khobar but really it looks new when you stay at it because of good operation and maintenance. The staff at reception were really helpful and friendly and upgraded me to better and bigger room. The room was too big and consist of living room and bedroom and were equipped with very good furniture and required amenities. Price are very good against the value that you will gain.

My recent visit to the Intercontinental Hotel in Khobar fell short of expectations. The check-in process was prolonged, stretching to an exhausting 2-hour wait without adequate updates on the progress. This lack of communication led to a tense environment in the lobby, marked by the frustration of other guests. The service shortcomings continued into the dining experience, where a staff member’s dismissive comment regarding the service delay was particularly disheartening. On a positive note, the culinary offerings were exceptional, with flavors that left a lasting impression and are worthy of high praise. In summary, while the dining was a highlight, the overall experience at the hotel did not meet the standards one would anticipate from such an establishment, and I would suggest careful consideration before selecting it as a vacation spot.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received at your hotel restaurant. I would like to commend Mr. Mohamed Azam for his exceptional service. Mr. Mohamed was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They provided helpful recommendations and promptly addressed my questions. However, there were a few instances where the delivery of my order took longer than expected. Overall, I had a delightful dining experience at your restaurant, largely thanks to Mr Mohamed. I plan to return and recommend your restaurant to others.
